What is WeDoTransformations About?

WeDoTransformations is a program aimed at people who identify with transformation with anticipation to Coach or invited Challengers to look good and feel better. WeDoTransformations is a program through which a group of people, called Coaches and Challengers, participate in a challenge with the goal of winning a prize based on the physical changes achieved by the challengers competing in each challenge. Coaches must review the documents found in the "Coaches" specific challenge region section of the WeDo app. There, they will view the terms and conditions, as well as the privacy statement, and Official Rules in the section titled “Legal”.

Once the information is registered in the WEDO app, the user will receive information via the email address they used to register, and will continue with the selection process. Once the Coach has completed the registration form they can then invite Challengers to the Challenge of their applicable region.

Challengers will join the challenge via invite from their Coach then once the Challenger has registered in the WEDO app, found in the "Challenger" section of the WEDO app, accept the terms and conditions, as well as the privacy statement, and continue with their registration process.

To join WeDoTransformations a Coach will download the WEDO app and complete the registration form applicable to the challenge regions they join.

Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

The information, documents (images, videos, tools, graphics, and others), trademarks, names, logos, and other materials found in this application are protected under international copyright and intellectual and industrial property laws; therefore, their use is exclusively limited to purposes related to WeDoTransformations' challenges. Any unauthorized use that violates the law, whether through sale, distribution, copying, modification, adaptation, or any other prohibited conduct, will be punished in accordance with applicable regulations.

Thus, the publication of content found in the WEDO application cannot be construed as granting any type of license to use a trademark, copyright, or intellectual property to anyone who visits, consults, or makes purchases through this application.

WeDoTransformations does not warrant that the materials contained in this application or any links or connections made from this application are appropriate or in compliance with the standards of any country other than those in which WeDoTransformations actively participates.

You may use the WeDoTransformations application only for lawful purposes. Any activity that involves misuse of the site or WEDO Application, such as misrepresenting a user's identity, using purchasing agents, or conducting fraudulent activities through the site, is prohibited.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering as a Coach or Challenger and clicking "I authorize the use of my data in accordance with the Privacy Statement and accept the terms and conditions," you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions and agree to abide by them and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country. If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from using this site or application.

Authorized Uses

The WEDO Application may be used for registration, review and consultation of the WeDoTransformations program and the necessary information will be available so that they can begin their process in an informed manner. Those users who freely decide to access this application from countries or other locations or other sites connected through links or links to this application, will do so on their own initiative and it is their responsibility to comply with the applicable laws. The use of this application will be under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user. In the event that the user does not agree, in whole or in part, with these terms and conditions of use, they must refrain from using this application. WeDoTransformations reserves the right to deny or suspend access to this application by any user who has not recognized these terms and conditions, without prior notice.

Prohibited Uses

User Information

To participate in WeDoTransformations, user registration is required.in the application, for this purpose, personal and confidential information is required. This information will be for the exclusive use of WeDoTransformations and will not be disclosed to third parties, except for the information required for the purposes of awarding prizes and processing electronic payment transactions. For user security, users are expressly prohibited from sharing their passwords or registration codes with third parties; this information is for the exclusive use of the user and may not be used for unauthorized purposes. The data referred to in these terms and conditions will be used to validate participant information and improve the information and participation process for the challenges. They may only be provided to companies affiliated with or related to WeDoTransformations; under no circumstances will they be transferred to third parties. Registration and Passwords

It will be an essential requirement to participate in the WeDoTransformations program, the acceptance of these terms and conditions and registration by the user, with the definition of an access code. For this purpose, these Terms and Conditions will be understood as acknowledged and accepted by the fact of acceptance through the expression of will through a "click" in the respective box.

The registration of each user will be verified by viewing and signing the form found on the site and its subsequent submission, which is done automatically by clicking on the respective element.

Once registered, the user will have a username that will allow personalized, confidential and secure access to https://wedotransformations.com. Likewise, you will have the possibility, under your exclusive responsibility, to change the access informations, for which you must follow the procedure established on the respective site.

The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his access informations registered on the WEDO app through this password, you can access the content published on WeDoTransformations and obtain information. This password is for personal use, and sharing it with third parties does not entail liability on the part of WeDoTransformations or related companies in the event of improper use.

Automatic Debit Regulations

WeDoTransformations offers an automatic payment service that facilitates the payment of participation fees by Coaches in challenges promoted by WeDoTransformations.

The automatic payment service consists of the Coach authorizing WeDoTransformations to debit their credit card monthly, or in the manner applicable to the challenge registration, for the amount corresponding to the challenges in which the Coach will participate through their subscriptions. These rules are subject to the following:

If the Coach authorizes WeDoTransformations, the Coach agrees to have sufficient funds on their credit card or maintain available credit, as applicable, to cover the subscription fee. The Coach acknowledges and accepts that, in the case of jointly owned credit cards, they have the authorization of the third party with joint ownership. The authorization process is completed through the "Automatic Renewal" button. If the Coach does not select the automatic debit authorization option, the Coach will simply make the current monthly payment, with no future automatic debits being generated until the Coach authorizes the payment.
Before granting authorization, the Coach must provide the following credit card information through the "My Subscription" tab, where payment for registration is made: (i) Card Number; (ii) Card Expiration Date; (iii) CVV; (iv) Postal Code.
WeDoTransformations will charge the credit card for the subscription fee on a monthly basis, with no fixed date set, as it will be charged upon activation of the monthly challenge registration process, which is published on WeDoTransformations' official websites. The credit card charge will not be partial; that is, if the Coaches’ credit card does not have sufficient funds to complete the transaction, no debit will be issued. Therefore, no retries will be made in the following days. If the charge is not made, the Coach will be notified by email or via a notification on the platform of the rejection of the transaction, and the challenge for that month will not be activated. If the debit cannot be made on the registration dates as planned due to any technical issue, the Coach authorizes WeDoTransformations to charge the credit card at a later date.
Charges to the credit card will be considered as a one (1) month purchase and will affect the total credit limit provided that the Coach has credit availability on the day of the respective charge.
For the purposes of processing the automatic debit order, WeDoTransformations may charge the credit card on a date other than that indicated in the subscription information, in those cases where WeDoTransformations has technical or operational problems that prevent the account from being debited.
The Coach knows that the records, extracts, or any receipt that originates by virtue of the authorizations granted to WeDoTransformations, constitute means of proof.
The Coach must immediately notify in writing to WeDoTransformations, any change of address, telephone number or other information registered at the time of registration of the savings, checking or credit card account.
In the event of a change of Credit Card for renewal or replacement, the Coach must notify in a timely manner to WeDoTransformations, otherwise the debit will be rejected and therefore the subscription accepted by the Coach cannot be renewed.
The Coach may cancel the automatic payment authorization at any time through the "My Purchases" option in the main menu. WeDoTransformations will not be responsible for automatic payment if the Coach does not cancel before the payment period.
WeDoTransformations will report the debited or charged values through the sending of the supporting document of the transaction, which WeDoTransformations will be sent or made available once effective payment is verified.
WeDoTransformations will not assume any responsibility towards the Coach when inconsistencies arise when charging the Credit Card limit such as cancelled account, settled account, blocked card, cancelled card, overdrawn account, seized account, exchange balance, deceased holder or any other problem not attributable to WeDoTransformations, which does not allow the Authorized Payment value to be charged. It will also not be responsible for transactions that cannot be carried out due to line or congestion problems, force major, fortuitous events or any other circumstance attributable to WeDoTransformations.
WeDoTransformations may cancel, limit or add to the terms and conditions of these regulations by giving notice through the website and/or other means and/or channels, in accordance with the Law. If, after announcing the modification, the Coach does not state in writing their decision to exclude themselves from this service, or continues to perform it, it will be understood that they unconditionally accept the modifications introduced.
WeDoTransformations, will charge a transaction fee/ additional fee or commission for each transaction to cover the costs of the payment gateway fees. This fee will be disclosed to you before finalizing the payment process, once only, when the automatic debit is authorized, or the monthly payment, if authorization is not provided. This fee or commission may vary depending on the adjustments made by the payment gateway, which you will be informed of before proceeding with the new debit.

User Rights

The user will enjoy all the rights recognized by the legislation on Consumer Protection and Protection of Personal Data, for this reason, they may submit their requests, complaints, claims and suggestions (PQR) through the email (help@wedotransformations.com).

Representations and Warranties

At the time of subscription, users make the following representations and warranties, which they agree to maintain while participating in the WeDoTransformations program:

The user has the capacity and authority required to participate in WeDoTransformations, that is, they have the required profile, the disposition, and are of legal age.
That users have not been forced to enroll in WeDoTransformations, and are duly informed about the program.
The user has provided truthful information, which can be validated at any time by WeDoTransformations.
That the documents requested and provided are fully valid, and if they fail to meet any of WeDoTransformations' requirements, WeDoTransformations will be responsible for the information contained therein.
That the intentions with which users participate do not contravene any applicable legal provision, nor any contract or other provisions that may exist.

In turn, users who register guarantee the following:

Provide real, up-to-date, complete and true information.
Keep the information provided up to date
Assume any risk arising from an error or outdated information provided
Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
Accept all the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Maintain the confidentiality of your registered password.

Right of Admission

WeDoTransformations reserves the right to assess and review the profiles of challengers and coaches at any time in order to determine whether or not they meet the program requirements. WeDoTransformations also has the full authority to admit or reject users when it deems, based on its eligibility standards, that they do or do not meet these requirements. WeDoTransformations undertakes that it will not prevent any user from participating due to objective reasons, such as nationality, race, gender, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or other factors.

Right of Exclusion

WeDoTransformations reserves the right to assess and review at any time whether Challengers or Coaches are complying with the standards and rules of the program. If any of these are not complying, or are engaging in activities that exceed the limits of the program, WeDoTransformations may exclude them from the program without any justification or accreditation of the reasons for its decision. The Challenge Coordinator reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Challenge, or any part thereof, if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Challenge, as determined by the Challenge Coordinator in its sole discretion. If terminated, the Challenge Coordinator may, in its sole discretion, determine the winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to (and/or after, if applicable) the time of such action using the judging procedure described above. The Challenge Coordinator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Challenge, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Challenge may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Challenge Organizer reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys' fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Challenge Organizer's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

User Rights

Image Rights

All material shared by the participant or challenger, including, but not limited to, before and after photos, videos or files, testimonial videos, as well as any content shared in the official challenge chat, may be used by the coach and/or the WeDoTransformations challenge coordinators in future marketing materials. The coaches and/or coordinators may edit any recorded material in any way they deem appropriate. You will not be compensated in any way for the recording and/or use of your image, likeness, voice, etc. The participant or challenger may revoke authorization for the use of their image at any time, by simply sending a request to the email address (help@wedotransformations.com)
