What is WeDoTransformations about?

WeDoTransformations is a program aimed at people who identify with transformation and want to look good and feel better. WeDoTransformations is a program through which a group of people, called Coaches and challengers, participate in a challenge, in order to obtain a prize, based on the changes achieved at the physical level of the challengers.

Coaches must fill out the forms found in the "Coach" section of the website https://wedotransformations.com/. There, they will accept the terms and conditions, as well as the privacy statement.

Once the information is filled out, the user will receive an email to the email address you registered, and will continue with the selection process. Once they have the access code, they can share it with their challengers to start participating in the challenges.

Right of Admission

WeDoTransformations reserves the right to evaluate and study at any time the profiles of the challengers and Coaches, in order to validate whether or not they are meeting the requirements of the program. In turn, WeDoTransformations has full power to admit or not users, when it considers, under its eligibility standards, that they are or are not aligned with the same.

WeDoTransformations undertakes that it will not prevent the participation of any user based on objective conditions, such as nationality, race, sex, political status, sexual orientation, and others.

Right of Exclusion

WeDoTransformations reserves the right to evaluate and study at any time if the challengers or Coaches are complying with the standards and rules of the program. In the event that any of them are not complying, or perform activities that exceed the limits of the program, WeDoTransformations may exclude them from the program without the need for any justification or accreditation of the reasons for the decision.

The Challenge Coordinator reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Challenge, or any part thereof, if any fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Challenge, as determined by the Challenge Coordinator in its sole discretion. If terminated, the Challenge Coordinator may, in its sole discretion, determine the winners from among all eligible non-suspect entries received up to (and/or after, if applicable) the time of such action using the judging procedure described above. The Challenge Coordinator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Challenge or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of the Challenge. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Challenge may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and in the event such an attempt is made, the Challenge Organizer reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys fees) from such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The failure of the Challenge Organizer to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Image Rights

All material shared by the participant or challenger, including but not limited to before and after photos, testimonial videos, as well as any content shared in the official challenge chat, may be used by the coach and/or coordinators of the WeDoTransformations challenge in future marketing material. Coaches and/or coordinators may edit any recorded material in any way they see fit.

You will not be compensated in any way for recording and/or use of your image, likeness, voice, etc.

The participant or challenger, may revoke at any time the authorization for the use of the image, for which, it will only be necessary to send the request to the email info@wedotransformations.com
